Facts: some emails or situations at work can be tricky. That’s why WIB-Los Angeles is happy to partner up with Sophie Janinet from Free Voice Communication Consulting for two hands-on workshops that will be an opportunity to reflect on interpersonal professional communication and how to navigate it well. Part 1 will be an online meet-up to introduce ourselves and discuss the concepts and communication tools we can use. Part 2 will be an in-person workshop where we’ll explore these tools and try them out in a safe space.

Speaker Bio

Sophie Janinet, Founder of Free Voice Consulting

Sophie is a communication and media consultant. She is passionate about human rights, storytelling, and fostering meaningful connections. With over a decade of experience, she has worked as a journalist, educator, and advocate for gender equality. She co-founded a collective that led impactful campaigns and lobbying efforts for women's rights in France, which resulted in changes in law. She also co-authored a best-selling book on the invisibilization of women in history. In 2020, she founded Free Voice, a consultancy named for her love of radio, to empower individuals and groups through effective communication guidance.
