Speaker Bios
Nicole Lustgarten, PhD, Co-Founder and CEO of IVSonance
Nicole is the Co-Founder and CEO of IVSonance, a reproductive technology company bringing acoustic automation to the IVF laboratory. She leads the company's strategy, product development, fundraising, and regulatory efforts as it advances toward clinical adoption. Nicole earned her PhD and completed her postdoctoral training at Weill Cornell Medicine, where she studied women's health challenges, including early pregnancy loss and fertility preservation. Drawn to the clinical side of reproductive medicine, she worked in IVF laboratories, where she gained firsthand insight into the challenges faced by embryologists and patients. She later held R&D and commercial roles at fertility technology startups before founding IVSonance with the mission of making fertility care more scalable and accessible through automation.
Jennifer Jeronimo, CEO of Gaingels
Jennifer is the CEO of Gaingel Inc., bringing over twenty years of extensive experience in finance and banking, with key roles at Credit Suisse, Bear Stearns, and JP Morgan, where she rose to executive director. Since joining Gaingels in 2021, Jennifer has championed equitable access and representation in venture capital, demonstrating its positive impact on all stakeholders. Her expertise spans local and global markets, having managed institutional and hedge fund clients and delivered operational efficiencies that saved millions annually while enhancing client experience. At Gaingels, she has built a scalable operation supporting over 2,500 portfolio companies, with $900 million in network investments and a membership exceeding 4,000. Jennifer actively runs deals and launched the Women Achieving Venture Equality (WAVE) program, empowering over 200 women in venture capital over two years. An advocate for underrepresented founders, she serves on the advisory board for Bridge 2 Technologies (B2T) and is dedicated to fostering the next generation of business leaders. Outside of work, Jennifer is an award-winning athlete, a proud mother, and resides in New York City.
Jordan Machlin, PhD, Moderator
Jordan is a reproductive scientist and scientific communications consultant. She works with early- to mid-stage women's health and femtech companies, helping translate the science behind their work into content that patients, clinicians, and investors can trust. From pitch decks, patient education, clinical evidence briefs, and panel discussions. She's also the founder of yourIVFbaby, a reproductive science education platform on Substack.
Morgan Rose, Chief Science Officer at Ema
Morgan is the Chief Science Officer at Ema, where she leads applied clinical AI strategy with expertise in women's health. A Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Morgan brings over a decade of experience supporting women through every stage of life. She lives in Manhattan and is a proud single mother to a spunky 8-year-old and a puppy.
Keara Sauber, CEO of Incora Health
Keara Sauber is a 2x biotech CEO, co-founder, and healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare finance, and healthcare innovation. She is the CEO of Incora Health, where she is leading the development of an AI-powered women’s health intelligence platform built around the world’s first intelligent pierced earrings. Her work brings together science, AI, engineering, and commercialization to advance the future of precision women’s health.
