Refund for Membership Dues

Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund on membership dues within 24 hours of the purchase. Refunds will not be accepted after 24 hours. We hope you can experience the benefits of WIB’s membership!

Refund Process
Request a refund by emailing info@womeninbio.org. You will receive your refund via original payment.

When to Expect the Refund
Once we receive the email request and confirm eligibility, it will take up to 14 business days for us to process the request and initiate the refund. If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the payment to post to your account.

Refund for Events

Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund for in-person or hybrid event purchases up to 14 days prior to the event. You can request a refund for virtual event purchases up to 7 days prior to the event.
