Join us for this practical workshop and get the tools to build professional relationships with greater confidence and intention. Learn how to prepare for networking opportunities, introduce yourself clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and make connections in a way that feels authentic to you. You’ll also discover how to tap into your existing network—including mentors, sponsors, and other connectors—and strengthen those relationships through thoughtful follow-up and consistent small actions. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to practice these skills and leave with specific next steps for putting them into action.

Speaker Bio
Jen Hult, MPH, ACC
Jen is a life and leadership coach who helps women leaders in healthcare and biotech thrive in their careers and their lives. With over 25 years of experience across academic medicine, healthcare, and the biopharmaceutical industry, she brings a unique blend of scientific training, leadership experience, and practical insight to her coaching. Jen began her career at the University of California, San Francisco, where she managed research studies focused on stress, coping, and resilience. She later spent a decade at Genentech developing and leading high-performing teams. Today, she partners with women in life sciences navigating career growth and transitions, developing as leaders, and managing the competing demands of ambitious careers and full lives. Her coaching combines evidence-based strategies with practical tools to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, strengthen professional relationships, and create sustainable success in demanding healthcare environments.
