Our Women In Bio Seattle Peer Group Program participants had a fantastic time at our second annual networking happy hour. Over the past few years, the Peer Group community has steadily expanded to nearly 200 members across 14 neighborhood groups in King and Snohomish Counties. The goal of the May 27 networking social was to connect within the regular peer groups while also meeting members from across the program. Everyone enjoyed the lovely rooftop deck at CoLabs while sipping drinks, savoring great food, and networking, with bingo and trivia games.
A big thank you to the WIB-Seattle MAPS Committee—Dani Faivre (Chair), Gayle Bennett (Vice Chair), Gabriela Campoy, Xinyue ‘Clover’ Chen, Marie-Laurie Crouch, Heidi LeBlanc, Sarah Snyder, and Courtney Ward for organizing the event! Huge appreciation to Ulysis Rivera for hosting us at the beautiful CoLabs venue and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Here’s to more connection, collaboration, and community!
