The WIB-Seattle Mentorship, Advisors, Peers, and Sponsorship (MAPS) group mentoring program is for members only. MAPS members cover a range of careers and levels of experience ranging all types of careers and career levels. The MAPS program aims to cultivate mentoring relationships, create supportive networks, and offer opportunities to develop and improve professional leadership skills so that members can reach their fullest professional potential.

Peer Groups
The Peer Group Program provides mentorship for Women In Bio members. It is a unique, year-long opportunity for women in the life sciences community to connect through small peer groups. With over 140 participants already engaged, the program continues to expand across King and Snohomish Counties. MAPS offers a supportive environment to build meaningful connections with peers, share professional experiences and challenges, and strengthen the support network for long-term success.
Each group of 6–12 women is organized by location to ensure optimal participation. WIB Membership is required, and there is no additional charge to participate. Groups are formed in May and January.
