Women In Bio Seattle teamed up with OUTbio Seattle to host the Seattle Career Expo on January 15, proudly sponsored by SciPro. Nearly 100 attendees joined for an engaging evening of networking, socializing, and professional growth. The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with SciPro experts and learn how to work with recruiters to fast-track your career or secure top talent. Speakers covered key topics, including the benefits of working with a recruitment partner, one-on-one career advice, and the advantages of contract roles. Imogen Simpkin, Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Client Development – DE&I at LHi Group, encouraged attendees to treat their LinkedIn profiles as online resumes. Adding details about therapeutic expertise, modalities, or unique projects makes profiles more appealing for relevant opportunities. The event strengthened Seattle’s life sciences ecosystem by bringing our communities together. Women In Bio Seattle and OUTbio Seattle are excited to collaborate on future events!
