EWIB-San Diego: 3rd Annual Executive Mastermind Event

The San Diego chapter of Executive Women In Bio (EWIB) held its 3rd Annual Executive Mastermind Event on October 16, 2025, graciously hosted by Deloitte in their beautiful Del Mar offices. The evening featured Sheila Gujrathi as the keynote speaker, who shared insights from her new book, The Mirror Effect, and lent her deep leadership experience during the mastermind session—an interactive forum where executives who had pre-submitted questions received thoughtful, candid perspectives from Sheila and the accomplished women in the room. Attendees, including over 50 VPs and CEOs from across San Diego, enjoyed inspiring dialogue, delicious food, and complimentary copies of Sheila’s book. EWIB extends heartfelt thanks to Deloitte for their generous sponsorship and hospitality.

This annual event reflects the continued strength of San Diego’s EWIB community, whose members also participate in the Executive Roundtable and serve as mentors in the Emerging Executive Program. Both programs will launch again in Q1 2026, with rolling admissions available here.
