This initiative champions greater diversity in the industry and is committed to empowering women leaders at the highest levels by hosting robust professional development programs, creating targeted networking events, and fostering exclusive communities that amplify and support each other. 

Executive Mentoring

EWIB-San Diego offers an Emerging Executives Cohort and two Executive Round Tables for rising Directors, VPs, and C-level executives. Cohort registrations for 2023–2024 are closed; however, applications for WIB-San Diego Executive programs are taken between cohorts, and you'll be contacted when a new cohort opens for registration.
