EWIB-San Diego: 2025 Emerging Executives (Session 3)

WIB San Diego’s Emerging Executives Session 3, Power of Strategic and Intentional Relationships, brought together an inspiring group on July 10, 2025, for an evening focused on building meaningful connections. Sponsored by BioLabs, the event featured keynote speaker Dr. Alessandra Wall, a C-Suite Women’s Coach and founder of Noteworthy, who encouraged us to keep things simple, like setting a goal to connect with just one new person each week. She reminded us that career growth isn’t about giant leaps but about being intentional and consistent, and that success often goes to those who are seen and supported. Her advice? Focus on real, two-way relationships, speak from your passion (not just your title), and make your value visible so others can advocate for you. The night continued with a powerful panel discussion featuring Lisa Bornstein (Takeda), Amy Bruscia (Exact Sciences), Patricia Vasquez (Prometheus), and Adeline Low (Illumina), moderated by Anabel de la Garza (BlueNalu). The panelists shared their experiences navigating career pivots, leading with authenticity, and leaning on their networks for support.
