(Pittsburgh Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs Rally). The event was held on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship on the Carnegie Mellon campus. The panel discussion was thought-provoking with its myriad of perspectives and dimensions regarding the Power of AI in Biotech. Panelists answered a number of questions from the audience, including some from students who were in attendance as Young Women In Bio (YWIB) members. Prior to the panel, attendees enjoyed refreshments and networking. At the end of the event, mentors in the WIB MAPs program were acknowledged for volunteering their time. All in all, this year’s P.O.W.E.R. provided an evening that was engaging, educational, and empowering.
