WIB-Pittsburgh hosted a summer social and networking event on July 24 for our members on Pittsburgh’s iconic three rivers. The event was a resounding success, bringing together professional women from various life sciences and STEM organizations. Attendees, including chapter leadership, sponsor representatives, members, and prospective members, gathered aboard pontoon boats for an afternoon of networking, socializing, and scenic views along the rivers. Despite the downpour earlier in the day, the event was met with beautiful sunny weather, making the boat ride even more enjoyable. Guests sipped and noshed as they mingled, building connections and sharing experiences. The warm, welcoming atmosphere sparked vibrant conversations and fostered new relationships among attendees.
We received glowing feedback from many of you, and we look forward to incorporating your insights into future events. Thank you to all who participated and made this summer gathering so memorable! We’re excited for what’s to come and hope to see you at our upcoming events.
