Women In Bio Capital Region Chapter was thrilled to welcome over 80 attendees from across the BioHealth Capital Region to the BioMixer networking event at the Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc. (FITCI). Together, we engaged with a vibrant community committed to advancing and supporting women in the life sciences, biotech, and innovation industries. This in-person event brought together professionals from industry, academia, and government, creating space for meaningful conversations and new connections. While guests enjoyed a fantastic selection of appetizers, sandwiches, and mocktails, the true highlight of the evening was the shared passion for uplifting professionals in biotech and beyond. The energy in the room reflected a collective commitment to progress and empowerment.
