Lindsay Klouser | Outstanding Long-Term Impact Volunteer
Women In Bio Seattle is honored to nominate Lindsay K. for the Chapter’s Outstanding Long-Term Impact Volunteer of August. While Lindsay has been the MAPS Committee Chair for the Seattle chapter, the MAPS program has grown to over 150 active members. This 60% increase from the previous enrollment demonstrates her dedication to fostering community and providing value for professionals at all career stages. In June, Lindsay and the MAPS committee organized an inaugural MAPS Summer Social, which brought MAPS members together to celebrate the successful 2024-2025 program. She also expanded the value of being a MAPS member by launching the Career Lab series, a professional development initiative exclusive to MAPS members. Her ability to build community, foster growth, and create an inclusive and supportive environment has left a lasting positive impact on our chapter. We are grateful that she was a MAPS group leader for many years, and our MAPS committee has been lucky to have her as a committee member, Vice Chair, and Chair for the last six years.
