Jane Gross | Outstanding Long-Term Impact Volunteer
Jane has made a significant contribution to the WIB chapter by creating and developing the EWIB community. This effort culminated this month in the outstanding Women CEO event, organized in collaboration with the San Francisco Bay Area chapter and national leadership. Jane’s dedication to WIB’s mission has been unwavering, and her work has left an enduring impact. Thank you, Jane, for all you have built and achieved with EWIB!
Sadie Josephs | Emerging Volunteer of Excellence
We would like to recognize Sadie as the Emerging Volunteer of Excellence for rising to the challenge of preparing and submitting the WIB-Seattle Chapter 2025 budget on a very tight deadline. Sadie had to QC, validate our budget, and then reformat it into the National WIB budget template to submit with additional information. As our treasurer, Sadie has demonstrated remarkable competence in overseeing our financial operations. She identified a few areas where we could improve our workflows and efficiencies to ensure the financial health of the WIB-Seattle chapter. We are grateful to Sadie for joining the WIB-Seattle chapter board and looking forward to doing amazing things together.
