We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible leaders who successfully completed this year's Emerging Executive Cohort program! This exclusive program was designed to empower Associate Directors and Directors with the tools, strategies, and mentorship needed to transition into VP and C-suite roles. For over six months, our 12 exceptional participants immersed themselves in a transformative journey, guided by the expertise of executive coach Alessandra Wall and supported by a network of inspiring guest mentors. From mastering personal branding to strategic thinking and team leadership, this cohort has truly set the bar for excellence!
