On March 6, WIB-San Diego members gathered at the scenic De Anza Cove in Mission Bay Park for a refreshing and restorative morning of yoga and networking. Set against the peaceful backdrop of the bay, this members-only event offered the perfect opportunity to step away from the daily hustle and reconnect—both with oneself and with fellow members of the community. The 60-minute class was designed for all levels and led by our experienced instructor, Jeanette Ninyo, who guided participants toward self-discovery, physical rejuvenation, and mental serenity. The tranquil sound of the water, paired with the intentional movements, created an atmosphere of calm and clarity.
Following the class, members lingered to enjoy light refreshments, connect with one another, and share stories in a relaxed, supportive environment. It was a much-needed pause to recharge, nurture wellness, and build meaningful relationships within the WIB community. Events like this remind us that wellness and connection go hand in hand— and that sometimes the best networking happens when we slow down and breathe.
