On November 8, 2023, ten women gathered in Cary to celebrate the accomplishments of the 8-month-long eMAPS program designed for professional development, mentoring, and coaching for rising Directors, VPs, and C-level executives. The RTP eMAPs program began in 2019. The 2023 cohort participants enrolled in March via an application process and started the program with an in-person kickoff meeting followed by monthly meetings for about 90 minutes. The topic for each session was designed and tailored by the mentors based on the survey sent out before program initiation. Participants benefitted by reflecting on their career journey, setting goals for the future, building a network of supportive executives, and inviting guest speakers for mentorship and guidance to take their careers to the next level.
