WIB–San Diego extends a big thank-you to Louisa Maitland of BioProcess International for the invitation to host a panel on March 10. The conversation focused on how women in science are intentionally building resilient teams, fostering inclusive communities, and driving patient-first innovation. The session was moderated by Celia Jenkinson, Executive Director of Translational Pharmacology at Travere Therapeutics, and featured insights from Raffaella Rossi and Filomena Pirozzi, CEO and Founder of PURPLExCELL and Business Development Manager at Bio-Techne. As always, the event drew strong engagement from the San Diego life sciences community attending the BPI West conference.
