The program launch of the 2026 WIB-Metro New York Mentoring Circles connected mentors and mentees and introduced the agenda for the upcoming year. After a welcome by Chapter Chair Joanna Kaniewska, the group got a walkthrough of how the circles will run, with meetings scheduled from April through September. Jessica Desamero and her mentor, Kristin Politi, shared their experiences in the program, offering a firsthand look at what participants can expect. Jessica spoke about how the program supported her professional growth and encouraged mentees to stay active and engaged, while Kristin offered a mentor's perspective and highlighted the value of building strong, supportive relationships through the program. Participants were able to see the real impact mentorship can have on professional growth and connection within the industry. We are looking forward to another successful year!
