WIB-RTP's Executive Mentoring (eMAPS) program offers professional development for rising Directors, VPs, and C-Level executives. Our cohort creates a culture of support, sharing, and confidentiality for executives. Alumni gatherings for past cohorts support ongoing relationships. 

Program Details

The program starts in April 2026. The 8-month program will meet monthly, 2nd Wednesday of the month, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. (or time best for all)

• The first and final sessions will be in person. The rest will be virtual
• Applicants must be able to adhere to the program time commitment
• The cost is $199 per person. A payment link will be sent out after applications are accepted and approved.
• The competitive enrollment period is open now until March 31, 2026, and will include an interview with the selection committee.
• This program is only for those who have an active WIB Membership. If you do not have one or would like to renew, please visit our membership page.
