The ECBG program’s mission is centered on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within board governance. We firmly believe that embracing diversity is not only something to aspire to but may also enhance corporate satisfaction and business outcomes.
Launched in 2022 in collaboration with the McGill Executive Institute and currently with the Rotman School of Management, the ECBG program provides a premier professional development experience in Board Governance. Our goal is to accelerate the diversification of boardrooms by increasing board leadership opportunities for women (C-suite/Senior Executives/Founders) in Canada’s Life Science and Biotechnology sectors.
Proven Success: Over 75 executive leaders from various life sciences sectors have graduated since the program's inception.
Alumni Directory: Our graduates will soon be featured in a directory, showcasing their skills and availability for new board opportunities.
