WIB-RTP

We had a great night with over 100 registrants for our panel discussion around career journeys with Julie Barberio, VP of Client Solutions, Sequence Inc., Jessica Cochran, Managing Partner, Process Architect, JacobsWyper Architects, Bo Crouse-Feuerhelm, VP of Client Solutions, JE Dunn Construction, and Tracy Schorner, Executive Director, Plant Manager, Amgen. We heard stories about mentors and how they have helped shape who we are, that lateral moves can provide the change and experience you need for your next opportunity, and how challenging/difficult leadership can provide a time of growth and learning. All the ladies agreed that taking a risk is a good thing to do and that you should look within your organization for potential ways to grow and try something new. Remember, no matter what stage you are in your career journey, “One day, or day one, you decide.”
