We enjoyed an incredible evening of networking, delicious food and drinks, and an inspiring keynote by Pepper Landson, CEO and Founder of Praetego, Inc. Pepper’s talk focused on the importance of integrity—both personal and professional. She emphasized understanding our core values, which act as our internal "operating system," and how aligning with them while demonstrating integrity in our interactions can lead to success. Pepper also addressed imposter syndrome, reminding us to trust the positive feedback we receive from others until we truly believe in our own resilience and ability to succeed. By being transparent, consistent, and trustworthy, we can inspire others to follow our lead. Chapter Chair Shirley Paddock also highlighted WIB-RTP's impressive 2024 milestones. After the presentations, attendees enjoyed eggnog while networking and left with beautifully designed tote bags, courtesy of our venue hosts.
