We are excited to announce North Texas as the newest Women In Bio chapter! With the prominent Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the North Texas area is a hub for multi-industry businesses and is home to over 26,000 life science workers. Drug development and diagnostics stand out as regional strengths, as well as innovative startups. The NTX region is home to more than a dozen universities and health science centers that actively contribute to education, research, and workforce development, with several deeply engaged in advancing life sciences and healthcare innovation.
Thank you to the WIB Volunteers who spearheaded these efforts, working tirelessly over many months to ensure this new venture was an outstanding success. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible founding sponsor, Lydia Hill Philanthropies, who has been instrumental in this exciting new expansion for Women In Bio in North Texas.
