WIB-Metro New York: Membership Drive Event

On September 24, 60 new and prospective WIB-Metro New York members gathered at Goodwin Procter in the New York Times Building to learn more about the benefits of joining the chapter. The evening kicked off with open networking as guests checked in. To break the ice, we played Networking Bingo, encouraging everyone to introduce themselves and connect with as many people as possible. This fun activity set the tone for the event and smoothly transitioned into a presentation by the steering committee. Representatives from each subcommittee introduced themselves and shared insights about their roles.

To close the night, we announced the winners of Networking Bingo—those who met the most people—who received gift cards to a local coffee shop! Throughout the evening, we welcomed several new members and interest in joining various subcommittees sparked. Attendees were particularly impressed by the warmth and openness of our community and the diverse opportunities available to engage at all professional levels.
