On October 16, women leaders gathered at Cresa in Boston for an inspiring and candid fireside chat on leadership and delegation hosted by Megan Akatu and Dr. Sheri-Ann McLean. Together, they explored how to rethink career development strategies to achieve well-deserved promotions and recognition, identified the barriers that hinder effective delegation, and shared actionable steps to empower teams and elevate leadership skills. To conclude the event, one lucky attendee won a copy of Dr. Sheri-Ann McLean’s new book, You Belong in the Room, in a raffle.
