We kicked off 2025 with an inspiring and collaborative event, bringing together 45 leadership team members—both returning and new—for a strong start to the year. To begin the day, attendees enjoyed a welcome brunch and had the chance to reconnect, network, and break the ice. Chapter Committees then broke into groups to set and align their yearly SMART goals with chapter objectives. Each committee then presented its goals to the group, reinforcing accountability and shared vision. A mid-year retreat is planned for the summer, allowing committees to check in on their progress and refine their goals for the rest of the year.
