On June 13, 2024, WIB-Capital Region heard an inspiring talk about how one woman is living her dream. Tracy Laxton shared her journey into the intervention field, detailing the hurdles she overcame, which inspired her to start her own business in her basement during the COVID-19 lockdown. Tracy discussed managing a growing family while transitioning her business from her basement to an office, highlighting its current growth. She shared quotes that guided her during critical moments in her life: "There are certain pivotal moments in life when clarity replaces its opposite in the blink of an eye" by Sol Luckman, and "Life is all about moments of impact and how they change our lives forever" by Ziad K. Abdelnour. She emphasized leveraging networks, breaking barriers, and the support from other women that continues to aid her in business development and growth.
