Nominations for the Excellence in Canadian Board Governance (ECBG) program for the 2025 cohort are now open!

The mission of the ECBG program is focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in board governance. We firmly believe that embracing cognitive diversity not only improves corporate governance and decision-making, but also significantly improves business outcomes.

Launched in 2022 in collaboration with the McGill Executive Institute, the ECBG program offers a leading professional development experience in the area of board governance. Our goal is to accelerate board diversification by increasing leadership opportunities for women (C-suite/senior executives/founders) in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors in Canada. We are excited to announce our new partnership with the Rotman School of Management, reinforcing our commitment to diversifying our academic partners across Canada.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • A proven success : More than fifty senior executives from various life sciences sectors have graduated since the creation of the program.
  • Directory : Our graduates will soon be featured in a directory, showcasing their skills and availability for new board opportunities.

Our third session will take place from January to February 2025, and the registration period will run from July to September 2024.
