EWIB-San Francisco Bay Area & Biocom: Speed Networking with Executive Recruiters

On April 29, we had a fantastic evening bringing together EWIB members for meaningful, intentional networking. Our evening kicked off with relaxed networking over light refreshments before moving into a fast-paced speed networking session with executive recruiters. Each member had five minutes with representatives from Oryza Consulting and Compass Consulting—just enough time to share introductions and contact info, paving the way for deeper conversations later. Whether attendees were exploring new executive roles or board positions or looking to expand their own teams, the structured setup made for meaningful, efficient connections. This format ensured that everyone, regardless of personality type, had equal access to the recruiters—no awkward interruptions or missed chances.
