WIB-Greater Boston: United We Thrive – Building a Resilient Biotech & Pharma Industry

On November 6, 2025, the Women In Bio Greater Boston chapter brought together members and guests for an evening of networking and conversation at ElevateBio’s Waltham Basecamp. Our panelists explored the fast-changing biotech and pharma landscape—from funding shifts to technological breakthroughs—especially in the rapidly advancing field of cell and gene therapy. They shared how collaboration and partnership help tackle challenges in manufacturing, regulation, and commercialization, and how teams stay creative and resilient amid change.
