The Executive Roundtable Program fosters the growth of executive leadership by equipping participants with essential skills, knowledge, and a robust professional network. Designed to build a strong foundation in these areas, the program covers a wide range of topics, including corporate strategy, funding, business development, financing, and IPOs. The cohort, comprising 20–25 members, meets in person five times annually. Participants are rising women leaders at the VP level and above, representing diverse sectors within the life sciences industry. Sessions are led by volunteer EWIB moderators and rotating executive guest mentors, offering a dynamic and collaborative learning environment.
This yearlong program provides five in-person sessions tailored for VP and C-level women in life sciences, biopharma, and health tech, focusing on:
- Being Strategic and Intentional About Relationships
- Corporate Strategy: Private, Public & Business Development
- Finance 101
- Negotiation and Doing the Deal
- Board and Investor Relationship, Ethics and Navigating the World of Funding
- Requirements: VP or C-Level Title, active Women In Bio Membership, and commitment to attend all five sessions
Thank you to our Cohort Co-Moderators Tina Chang and Iris Grossman and our mentors, moderators, and panelists who championed the program throughout the year.
