WIB-Seattle: 2026 Executive Mentoring Program (eMAPS) Registration
The purpose of the WIB-Seattle Executive Mentoring (eMAPS) Program is to prepare women in senior management roles seeking guidance as they transition into executive leadership within the next five years. This cohort-based program is led by three Seattle executive mentors and is dedicated to the advancement and success of local women in scientific leadership roles.

Program Dates
We will hold a 2-hour workshop on the 2nd Wednesday of each month for 10 months. Some dates may be rescheduled due to proximity to holidays/conferences. Our first meeting will be scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The cohort will be offered in person (approximately monthly). In-person meeting location(s) to be chosen by cohort via survey.

The completed application, including recommendations, is due by the end of the day (PT) Monday, June 1, 2026. Qualified applicants will be contacted by WIB-Seattle to schedule an interview with our mentors.
