MAPS-San Francisco Bay Area: Speaking Clearly When It Counts – From Doing the Work to Leading the Conversation
As leaders grow beyond doing the work themselves, success depends less on having the perfect answer and more on being able to contribute clearly in real time. In this interactive workshop, scientific leadership coach Rachel Kindt will explore practical strategies for speaking up with clarity and confidence in everyday leadership moments - from advocating outside your own function, to speaking up with more senior leaders, to navigating disagreement while staying connected and collaborative. Participants will leave with concrete tools, practical ways to contribute more confidently in the moment, and techniques they can begin using immediately in their day-to-day work.
