MAPS-San Francisco Bay Area: Building a Sustainable & Fulfilling Career – Navigating Pressure and Expectations Without Losing Yourself
What does a meaningful and sustainable career look like, and how do you get there in a field that often rewards overextension? In this virtual workshop, we’ll explore how burnout is often less about workload alone and more about misalignment between our values and our day-to-day lives. Through practical tools and real-world examples, you’ll learn how to clarify your personal and professional values, navigate pressure and expectations more effectively, and build habits that support long-term well-being.
