MAPS-San Francisco Bay Area: The Future of Work and Learning
As AI and emerging technologies reshape how work gets done, organizations across industries are rethinking skills, roles, and how humans and technology can best work together. In this talk, Lia Vosti explores how and where work is evolving, what reskilling looks like at both the individual and organizational level, and how to assess where AI can partner with, support, or augment human work. Drawing from research on the future of work and her experience in biotech, Lia will share practical insights and examples relevant to science- and technology-driven organizations, along with key trends shaping adult learning today.
