This program is for Associate Directors and Directors in the Biotech and Pharma industry looking to advance their career paths to VP or C-Suite positions. The program will be facilitated by executive coach and former clinical psychologist Alessandra Wall, and is compressed, intense, and designed to be effective for committed attendees who want to reach their goals. Every participant will be assigned a mentor for a 1-hour 1:1 meeting to discuss in more depth their personal career aspirations and strategy. The cohort can host up to 25 participants, with priority given to WIB-San Diego chapter members.

We'll hold six sessions (four virtual and two in person) once a month beginning in March, with a break in June/July for the summer. Sessions will be from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. 

March 4 (virtual): Personal Branding and Building Your Roadmap 
April 8 (in-person): Strategic and International Relationships
May 13 (virtual): Leadership Styles & Traps
August 19 (virtual): Managing Up/Down Strategies
Sept 9 (virtual): Executive Presence and Communication Skills
Oct 14 (in-person): From Good to Great (Bring Your Topic)
