This event is open to executive (VP and C-suite) professionals who work in the biotech community. Particularly, we would love to see our current and alumni of our Executive Roundtable as well as extended executive San Diego community. We share similar interests and goals; we're an ideal cohort to help each other as we tackle an issue or problem, to find answers, and help each other succeed.

The group in the room functions as your advisory team, with different strengths, wisdom, and experience. We all become stronger and develop stronger relationships as we create together.

Your submission gives you a chance to bring up an issue and explains what help is needed. The other members ask questions, delve deeper into a problem, brainstorm ideas and offer a solution. Submit up to 2 questions on challenges you are facing - 5 questions will be chosen by the moderator(s) for the day of the reunion.

Speaker Bios

Patricia Leckman, VP of Human Resources at Illumina

Pat is an accomplished executive and human capital leader who has helped organizations navigate major periods of technology-driven disruption and transformation. Across her career, she has worked through shifts in industries and technologies that fundamentally changed how companies operate, compete, and organize their people, including the rapid evolution of genomics and sequencing during her time at Illumina. We invited Pat to speak because she brings a valuable perspective on what it takes to lead people successfully when the business itself is changing. As life sciences now confronts another significant inflection point with AI—reshaping roles, capabilities, decision-making and even business models—Pat will share lessons from leading through prior transformations and explore what executives can do now to prepare their organizations and talent for what comes next.
