MAPS-Pittsburgh: Fall 2025 Mentoring Circles Kick-off Event
Join WIB-Pittsburgh for the next cycle of our Mentoring Circles program! Our Fall Mentoring Circles Program brings together small groups. Typically, 2–3 mentors and 3–4 mentees are placed together based on career goals, interests, and expertise. Mentees set goals and work towards a plan that is reviewed consistently with their mentors. Members of each circle meet monthly for six months, and you can join us as a mentor, mentee, or both! You must be a WIB member to participate in the Mentoring Circles program.
Program participants can be at any stage in their careers, from students to industry professionals. Mentorship topics include professional development, academia-to-industry transitions, career transitions, work/family balance, promoting women at work, managing a team, and more.
