What Are Mentoring Circles? Our program is built on the concept of small group mentoring, fostering diverse perspectives, collaboration, and mutual support. Each circle includes:

• 1 Mentor and 3–4 Mentees
• Topics for discussion are mentee-driven
• Assignments based on your application details (goals, experience level, etc.)

Program Details

• Duration: 3 months, starting September 2026
• Format: Self-driven groups set their own schedule, location, and focus
• Meetings: Virtual, bi-weekly
• This flexible structure respects your schedule while creating a personalized experience.

• After registration, you will receive a link to the Mentoring Circles Application in your registration confirmation email. Please fill it out and submit by August 21, 2026, to complete your registration and help us place you into a Circle. 
• Stay tuned for details about our September 17 event, featuring a program introduction and a guest speaker.
