WIB-Metro New York's Mentoring Circles Program is designed to create meaningful relationships among women in the life sciences and healthcare. The members-only program creates professional and personal growth opportunities by pairing mentors and mentees in small, supportive groups that meet regularly to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and build lasting connections.

We are currently enrolling both mentors and mentees for the program and focusing on recruiting mentors who specialize in communications, business development, industry/biotech research, finance/venture capital/consulting, academia, entrepreneurship, and law.

• Each mentoring circle consists of 1 mentor and up to 5 mentees
• Groups meet virtually or in person for one hour each month from April to September.
• Groups decide the structure of their meetings, including which topics to cover.
• In-person kick-off event (early to mid April) and closing event (early September)
• Mentees must be WIB members and pay a $50 program fee

3. After registration using the button above, you will receive a link to the program questionnaire, which must be completed by March 30, 2026. This information will be used to place you in a mentoring circle.
