Suzanne Brown, Director of NYSE Board Services at NYSE
Suzanne is the Director of NYSE Board Services, the exclusive candidate network connecting the New York Stock Exchange's listed companies with exceptional board-ready leaders. Tara Dziedzic, Head of US Listings at NYSE
With two decades of capital markets, relationship management, and sales experience, Tara leads a growing team of Listings Executives across New York City and the United States, responsible for C-level relationships with NYSE-listed companies and new business opportunities. Prior to her current role, she was Head of Business Development for Global Listings and Head of Energy & Industrial Capital Markets at the NYSE. Previously, she was a Managing Director in Global Corporate Client Group at NYSE Euronext, where she built relationships with premier listed companies and qualified prospects. Before joining the NYSE Global Corporate Client Group, Tara was a Senior Testing Specialist in NYSE Member Firm Regulation. She served as a content expert on a Series 7 Item Writing Committee and joined NYSE Regulation to develop content for industry-wide qualification exams. She was responsible for developing material for all NYSE examinations, as well as exams co-owned with other Self-Regulatory Organizations and FINRA. Earlier in her career, Tara led firmwide Operations at Fahnestock & Co and managed Compliance at Cantor Fitzgerald International in London. Tara graduated Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law. She is admitted to the New York State Bar. Tara is an officer and Board member of Women in Financial Markets (WIFM), a global non-profit connecting, elevating, and advancing female professionals in the financial industry, where she also serves as Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee. She also serves on the International Advisory Board for Auburn University's College of Human Sciences.
Johanna Grossman, PhD, Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets at NYSE
Johanna is the Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets at NYSE Group, a part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE). Johanna is responsible for attracting new listings from companies within the healthcare and life sciences industry. She advises companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and other key stakeholders on the IPO landscape, NYSE initiatives, and listing venue selection. Prior to joining the NYSE, Johanna was Head of Healthcare at GLG, where she was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the firm’s healthcare practice in the U.S. In this role, Johanna led a team of content and client service professionals responsible for organizing live meetings and managing client diligence engagements across all sectors of healthcare. Johanna earned her PhD in organic chemistry at Yale University. She also holds a master’s degree in organic chemistry from Yale University and a BS in chemistry from Florida International University.
Megha Unhelkar, PhD, Director of Bioscience Investments at Connecticut Innovations
Megha is Director of Bioscience Investments at Connecticut Innovations, where she focuses on investments across life sciences, including biotech, therapeutics, and AI platforms. In her role, she leads deal sourcing, investment structuring, diligence, and portfolio strategy and support, bringing a combined perspective across venture creation, portfolio management, and drug development. Before joining Connecticut Innovations, Megha was Associate Director of Strategy and Portfolio Analytics at Flagship Pioneering, where she worked on strategy and fund deployment for single-asset drug development and partnerships with major pharmaceutical companies. Earlier in her career, she worked as a bench scientist at BASF and Celgene, advised life sciences clients as a consultant with Charles River Associates, and helped translate academic technologies into startups as a Blavatnik Fellow at Yale University, where she was the COO of Domillin. Megha earned her PhD in chemistry from the University of California, Irvine, her M.S in pharmacology from Northeastern University, and her BS in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Mumbai.
