WIB-National: Advocating for Your Career Growth
Career growth doesn’t just happen—you have to speak up for it. Many professionals work hard and deliver results, yet still get passed over for promotions, visibility, or stretch opportunities. This webinar helps you take control of your career by showing you what effective self-advocacy really looks like, why it matters, and how to do it with confidence—without feeling awkward or “pushy.”
Learn how to identify and overcome the common barriers that keep women from advocating for themselves, clearly articulate your value and impact, and communicate your career goals in a way that resonates with decision-makers. We'll cover how to navigate conversations about promotions, raises, expanded scope, and new opportunities, while also building visibility and sponsorship in a sustainable way. Whether you’re aiming for a promotion, greater leadership visibility, expanded responsibilities, or a career pivot, you’ll leave with a clear, personalized approach to advocating for yourself.
