This milestone two-day gathering brings together Boardroom Ready alumnae, our current cohort, thought leaders, recruiters, and Women In Bio leadership to reconnect, celebrate, and continue building influence. Whether you're catching up with your cohort, meeting fellow alumnae for the first time, or sharpening your board readiness skills, the retreat offers meaningful professional development and networking designed to deepen relationships that extend well beyond the Boardroom Ready experience. We look forward to celebrating a decade of impact and the women who have shaped it with you.

The fee to attend any and all of the events is $125. All events take place in San Francisco, CA.

You are welcome to join us for all or part of the WIB Boardroom Ready 10th Anniversary Celebration, but please provide your best guess on when you will attend by choosing from the events below on your registration form. If your plans change, and you are able to attend more of the program than you indicated, please do so!
