Anushka has 25 years of experience in HR and marketing roles in the life sciences industry. In 2019, she founded Elysian HR, a boutique consulting firm working exclusively with biotech companies, offering interim HR leadership, coaching, and development programs. Anushka is passionate about facilitating high-impact training sessions for employees, managers, and teams. She is a certified Insights Discovery facilitator as well as a mindfulness and yoga instructor.

Angela Gardner, Founder of AJG Consulting and Executive Coaching

Angela has over 30 years of experience as an executive search consultant and career coach. She spent 18 years with Heidrick & Struggles and most recently ran their Los Angeles office. Previously, she led talent acquisition and executive recruiting at Fox Entertainment Group and Yahoo!. She is a certified executive coach, dog lover, and hot yoga practitioner.

Becky Krage, Managing Partner at Cynosure Staffing

Becky has 12 years of experience as a recruitment and staffing consultant in the life sciences space. Her expertise spans a variety of functions across different modalities and therapeutic indications in both small and large biotechs. She has helped build teams from the ground up and has experience in internal talent acquisition via Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) models. In April 2024, she established her own consulting firm, Cynosure Staffing, offering custom hiring solutions for a variety of staffing needs within the biotech and pharma sectors.
