Stephanie Astrow, PhD, MBA, Chief Scientific Officer at Chimeric Therapeutics
Stephanie is a seasoned healthcare executive and scientist with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and laboratory services. She has a proven record of translating cutting-edge science into commercial impact. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through periods of rapid growth, regulatory scrutiny, and strategic transition, consistently balancing innovation with risk management. Dr. Astrow currently serves as Chief Scientific Officer of Chimeric Therapeutics (ASX: CHM), an Australian cell therapy company working on therapies for solid tumors.
Eleonora Goldberg, PhD, Vice President of Medical Affairs at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals
Eleonora is the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, where she established the cardiometabolic team to prepare for the commercialization of the organization's first siRNA molecule. Eleonora has extensive experience in Medical Affairs, having strategically developed and transformed Medical Affairs teams at the local, regional, and global levels. She has led matrixed, dynamic teams, partnering cross-functionally to enhance impact and scientific knowledge.
Helen McBride, PhD, Partner at Bold Capital Partners
Helen brings more than 25 years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology, and investment. She is a Partner at Bold Capital Partners, where she invests at the intersection of technology and life sciences to advance innovative solutions to improve human healthspan. Her career includes senior leadership roles at TORL Biotherapeutics, the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and Amgen. Dr. McBride holds a PhD in oncological sciences from the University of Utah and a BS in microbiology from Texas A&M University.
Heather Spilsbury, CEO of 50/50 Women on Boards
Heather is the CEO of 50/50 Women on Boards™, a global nonprofit advancing board-ready women through data-driven research, education, and strategic partnerships. Since her appointment in 2024, she has led the organization’s year-round transformation, significantly expanding its reach, financial strength, and measurable impact on corporate governance.
Marisa Tricarico, Partner at Ivy Tree Advisors, Moderator
Marisa is a Partner at Ivy Tree Advisors, specializing in biopharma and healthcare strategy and investment opportunity assessment, and serves as a moderator. Previously, she was a Managing Director at Accenture and North America Practice Lead for Responsible AI, earning recognition from Forbes and Fast Company for her leadership in AI ethics and technology trends. A former early-stage VC with a background in academic neuroscience research at Harvard and Massachusetts General Hospital, Marisa holds a BA in neuroscience from Boston University and dual MBAs from New York University and HEC Paris.
