Speaker Bios
Amy Fenollosa, Leadership Faculty and Coach at HAVEN Human Asset Ventures
Amy is a senior faculty member and coach at HAVEN Human Asset Ventures. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership training and communications coaching, her passion is helping leaders achieve their full potential. Amy is an educator at heart; she creates transformational leadership learning and coaching experiences for her clients. In workshops, her clients appreciate her dynamic and engaging style; she brings content to life, shares practical application, fosters interpersonal connection, and drives meaningful dialogue. Amy’s energy and curiosity are contagious—she listens, learns, and challenges others to push their thinking to grow. She uses her background in adult learning to bring out the best leader and communicator in everyone she teaches. Whether in the classroom or as a coach, her honest approach helps leaders reflect and grow. Throughout her career, Amy has worked closely with clients to help hone their leadership and communication skills. She has conducted research on the impact of executive education at Harvard Business School and explored the future of leadership development for The Monitor Group. Both as a coach and a faculty member, she provides real-world solutions and transferable skills to empower leaders and organizations to reach their full potential. Amy holds a BA from Denison University and a Master's in Education from Harvard. Her publications include: Speaking Up: How Patient and Physician Voices Shaped a Trial to Improve Goals-of-Care Discussions and Relevance and Rigor: Executive Education as a Lever in Shaping Practice and Research. Amy has two sons in college, a wild rescue dog, loves running and yoga, and is a member of the Guilford (CT) Board of Education.
Krystyn Mayer, Founder & Managing Director of ExecLinQ International
Krystyn is the Founder and Managing Director of ExecLinQ International, a boutique executive and legal search firm renowned for its discretion and trusted access to elite off-market leadership talent. With more than a decade of experience, she has placed top 1% executives, C-suite leaders, and emerging talent while advising organizations on talent strategy, leadership design, and executive career curation. Her career spans senior leadership roles with Adecco, Mitchell Martin, JBK Associates, and as Managing Affiliate Partner with NPAworldwide. Krystyn studied at Richmond, The American International University in London, and Salve Regina University. She serves as Chair/Co-Chair of Women In Bio Connecticut Chapter and as Managing Partner for NPAworldwide’s NE region. Krystyn is passionate about advancing women into the highest levels of leadership, championing pay equity, and securing their rightful place at the most influential tables. As Maya Angelou said, “Nothing can dim the light which shines from within.” Krystyn’s work ensures that light not only shines brightly but also elevates careers and inspires companies alike.
