Join us for a casual hike at Wadsworth Falls State Park and learn more about WIB-Connecticut MAPS (Mentorship, Advisors, Peers, and Sponsorship)—a supportive program that fosters career growth, mentorship, and mutual support. We’ll start with coffee and introductions before heading out on a relaxed, beginner-friendly hike. Whether you’re looking for advice, eager to share your own experiences, or simply want to meet more amazing women in our industry, this is the perfect opportunity to connect in a fun, low-pressure setting. Bring your sneakers, curiosity, and career questions—we’ll bring the coffee. Let’s make great strides on the trail (and in our careers) together!

Parking Information

Wadsworth Falls State Park has multiple parking lots. We will park and meet at the Cherry Hill Rd lot: Wadsworth Falls Waterfall Parking, (25 Cherry Hill Rd, Rockfall, CT). Parking is free for In-State Registered Vehicles, and $15 for Out-of-State Vehicles (Weekends/Holidays)
