It’s time! Women In Bio Chicago invites you to a joyful and energizing leadership retreat in celebration of YOU—our amazing volunteers. This is our way of saying thank you for the time, heart, and vision you bring to our chapter. We couldn’t do it without you! This year’s retreat blends relaxation, connection, and a unique learning experience. We’re excited to welcome a special speaker who will guide us through the Enneagram—a powerful personality framework that can deepen team understanding, foster empathy, and strengthen communication.
Expect good vibes, great company, and a relaxed setting where you can kick back, connect, and enjoy the moment. Join us as we celebrate all that we’ve accomplished together—and all that’s still to come. This is your time to reflect, recharge, and feel truly appreciated. We can’t wait to celebrate you!
